RFM Analysis
I successfully implemented customer segmentation on the business' data using RFM analysis and made inferences about the best, loyal, potential, and churned out customers for the business. This analysis helped the business to identify their potential customers and target them as these are the customers who will generate revenue for them.
Customer Lifetime Value
I worked on the business metrics that measure how much a business can plan to earn from the average customer over the course of the relationship and it also tells that how valuable your customer is to your business.
Exploratory Data Analysis
I did an investigation on Sales data using R Studio to discover patterns, spot anomalies, test hypotheses, and check assumptions with the help of summary statistics and visualization.
Dashboards
I used the power-bi to create these reports in which I connected the data through multiple sources, created advanced DAX measures, used charts using different visuals like Column, Line, Pie, Combo, Scatter, Tree map, Funnel, Gauges, and KPIs, and most importantly learned how to turn data into insights interactive visualizations to tell a story.
